moving forward

it looks like i will be at home today playing daddy daycare while my wife handles some business so what better time to cook some chicken breast and package up some meals. I also got a freezer a few days ago i can clean out and stock. lately I have been reflecting on my life and many things are not were i want them. but one thing remains constant and that is CHANGE and i am determined to change. it may take me longer than i would like or longer then some of my peers but i will get there. On this journey i call health and fitness or life moving forward is hard as work moving backward is always possible but what can be just a harmful is moving side to side. Progress cannot be made without self evaluation and action. I am in the action phase in may parts of my life and i plan to stay here for a while.
